PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS

1. Dual-Circuit Multi-Function Control (Expertise) The A20VLO features a advanced double-pump design in a single housing, operating on two independent circuits. Equipped with sophisticated power, pressure, or flow controllers (like LR3, DR, etc.), it allows for precise, independent speed and torque regulation for multiple heavy-duty actuators simultaneously.
2. 1:1 OEM Match & Cost-Effective Replacement Engineered to be fully interchangeable with Rexroth A20VLO series (Sizes 60 to 260). Dimensions, port locations, and control characteristics match the original specifications perfectly, offering global mining and construction fleets a high-performance, cost-saving alternative to reduce fleet downtime.
3. Maximum Power Density for Heavy Machinery Built for high-pressure systems, the A20VLO reliably handles nominal pressures up to 350 bar (35 MPa) and peak pressures up to 400 bar. Its compact dual-pump layout delivers massive hydraulic flow within a reduced installation footprint, ideal for heavy-duty excavators and drilling rigs.
4. High Self-Priming & Excellent Suction Characteristics Designed with optimized suction port geometry, the A20VLO series offers outstanding self-priming capabilities even at high rotation speeds. This prevents cavitation, reduces overall system noise, and ensures stable oil supply during rapid, multi-joint movements of heavy machinery.
5. Rugged Durability & 100% Quality Validation (Trust) Constructed with heavy-duty drive shafts, specialized bearings, and wear-resistant swashplates to endure continuous high-load operations. Every pump undergoes rigorous dual-circuit synchronous testing on our professional test beds to guarantee efficiency, backed by a 12-month warranty.
